			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Eh&#8230;.not so good day.  I mean I didn&#8217;t totally blow it, and I did manage to get on my elliptical yesterday.  Just splurged a little more than I would have like to.  I did drink a lot of water yesterday, so hopefully that will make up for my mishaps.  I&#8217;m going to the grocery store today to get all of my &#8220;healthy food&#8221;, something I had planned to do over the weekend, but didn&#8217;t happen due to hubby sleep &amp; work schedule and me not wanting to drag 4 kids to the grocery store.  He&#8217;s on vacation all week, so I should be able to swing it.  I&#8217;m also planning to get some Fat Free milk, so no more 2% for me.  Ok, here we go:</p>
<blockquote><p>Breakfast &#8211; Splurge #1 &#8211; Had 2 Bagelfuls instead of 1 (oops&#8230;might have to stop buying these)</p>
<p>Snack &#8211; Fiber One bar (I know, like I needed a snack) &amp; 1 cup of 2% Milk</p>
<p>Lunch &#8211; 2 Slices of leftover Think &amp; Crispy Cheese Pizza</p>
<p>Dinner &#8211; Michelina&#8217;s Lean Gourmet Shrimp Scampi and Pasta</p>
<p>Snack &#8211; Splurge #2 &#8211; 4 Chips Ahoy &amp; 1 cup of 2% Milk (had every intention on eating just 2, but didn&#8217;t happen)</p>
<p>Water &#8211; 6 8oz cups of water</p>
<p>Exercise &#8211; 10 minutes on elliptical (going to try and shoot for 15 minutes next time&#8230;wish me luck!!)</p></blockquote>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>No exercise to report for yesterday, and I did &#8220;so-so&#8221; on my eating.  I had a chicken biscuit from McD&#8217;s (half at breakfast and half 3 hours later for a snack) and I did have pizza, but I kept my portions in check.  I got up and decided to weigh this morning, and I showed a 1.2 lb loss.  So very happy about that!  Here&#8217;s the rest of what went down yesterday.</p>
<blockquote><p>Breakfast &#8211; Half of a Chicken Biscuit from McD&#8217;s.  I find sometimes if I&#8217;m craving something that I haven&#8217;t had in a while, I just go ahead and let myself have it, eat half of it, then the other half later. Works for me.</p>
<p>Snack &#8211; other half of biscuit</p>
<p>Lunch &#8211; 2 Slices of Thin &amp; Crispy Cheese Pizza from Pizza Hut, and a small side salad with mixed greens and Lite Ranch Dressing</p>
<p>Dinner &#8211; Lean Cuisine Panini &amp; Sun Chips</p>
<p>Snack &#8211; Fiber One Bar &amp; 1 cup of 2% Milk</p>
<p>Water &#8211; 6 8oz cups</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yesterday definitely could have been better.  I didn&#8217;t get a chance to exercise, so I&#8217;m pretty bummed about that.  Still counting the days until the kids start school, its hard to get out of the house alone, or try to exercise while they are here, because they won&#8217;t leave me alone, or are always needing something, so I&#8217;m not able to get a consistent workout going.  Does anyone else have this problem? LOL</p>
<p>Anyway, here&#8217;s the skinny on what I ate yesterday:</p>
<blockquote><p>Breakfast &#8211; Fiber One Bar &amp; 1 cup of 2% Milk</p>
<p>Lunch &#8211; McD&#8217;s Grilled Club Premium Chicken (scooped off mostly all of the mayo and no fries)</p>
<p>Snack &#8211; 5 Ritz crackers &amp; 1 oz of cheddar cheese</p>
<p>Dinner &#8211; Chicken Santa Fe Wrap with 1 cup of mixed veggies (green beans, corn, carrots &amp; peas)</p>
<p>Snack &#8211; Fiber One Bar &amp; 1 cup of 2% Milk</p>
<p>Water &#8211; 4 8oz cups</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I had a great day yesterday!  Well, actually I skipped lunch, which is really a &#8220;no-no&#8221;, but I ate a late breakfast and had a snack in between, so all is good.  Here&#8217;s what happened:</p>
<blockquote><p>Breakfast &#8211; 3/4 cup of cereal and 1/2 cup of 2% milk</p>
<p>Snack &#8211; 1 Fiber One Bar and a cup of 2% milk</p>
<p>Dinner &#8211; I made a great Mexican style wrap with a Weight Watchers Smart Ones Santa Fe Chicken dinner as the filling, sprinkled it with some cheddar cheese, and I wrapped it up in a La Tortilla Factory Smart &amp; Delicious Soft Wrap (a whopping 13g of Fiber!!), then I heated it for a bit in the microwave.  It was really delicious, and very filling.  Should have taken a picture.  I may make another for dinner tonight, so I&#8217;ll be sure to snap one.</p>
<p>Bedtime Snack &#8211; 2 choc chip cookies and a cup of 2% milk (I know a slight splurge)</p>
<p>Water &#8211; 6 8oz cups of water (woohoo!!)</p>
<p>Exercise &#8211; 10 minute Walk &#8211; Actually got to get out and walk yesterday after we had a nice rain, so it had cooled off a bit.  It felt great!</p></blockquote>
<p>I&#8217;m basically working with what I have on hand right now as far as food goes.  I know I need to add some fruits and veggies.  Tomorrow is payday, so I can&#8217;t wait to get to the grocery store.</p>
<p>Would love to hear any suggestions about what I should buy.  Got any ideas???</p>

<p>I can&#8217;t wait until Friday, we get paid, and I plan on going to the grocery store to get some healthy foods to cook with.  That&#8217;s been one of my problems here lately, I haven&#8217;t been cooking, instead we&#8217;ve been eating out, and it&#8217;s been unhealthy and expensive and it is going to stop!</p>
