Eh….not so good day. I mean I didn’t totally blow it, and I did manage to get on my elliptical yesterday. Just splurged a little more than I would have like to. I did drink a lot of water yesterday, so hopefully that will make up for my mishaps. I’m going to the grocery store today to get all of my “healthy food”, something I had planned to do over the weekend, but didn’t happen due to hubby sleep & work schedule and me not wanting to drag 4 kids to the grocery store. He’s on vacation all week, so I should be able to swing it. I’m also planning to get some Fat Free milk, so no more 2% for me. Ok, here we go:
Breakfast - Splurge #1 - Had 2 Bagelfuls instead of 1 (oops…might have to stop buying these)
Snack - Fiber One bar (I know, like I needed a snack) & 1 cup of 2% Milk
Lunch - 2 Slices of leftover Think & Crispy Cheese Pizza
Dinner - Michelina’s Lean Gourmet Shrimp Scampi and Pasta
Snack - Splurge #2 - 4 Chips Ahoy & 1 cup of 2% Milk (had every intention on eating just 2, but didn’t happen)
Water - 6 8oz cups of water
Exercise - 10 minutes on elliptical (going to try and shoot for 15 minutes next time…wish me luck!!)
