Sometimes it is difficult for many of us to get enough sleep at night. The recommendation is to be asleep between 11-1 am because that is a critical time for the adrenal glands to recharge. Try adding an inspirational read before bed to relax easier into your sleep.

Don&#039;t beat yourself up for some slip ups,just keep at it ;)  My goals for the next couple weeks are to  keep up with my new, intenser workout.......I posted about it today on my blog......and try to calm down.  I have been getting very stressed lately about nothing in particular and I know that is not good for weight loss.  Sometimes, my hormones are all over the place.  I often wonder if it has to do with the weight loss or maybe I&#039;m premenopausal at 38?  Who know?!  But, I need to relax ;)</description>
