It is awful b/c I crave them constantly and really try to be good.  I wish they were healthy diet foods. Great blog! I will be back to see how you keep doing!</description>

		<description>woo hoo!!!!  So happy for ya!  My trigger foods are homemade cookies and take out pizza.  I make my own pizza now with whole wheat crust loaded with veggies, lean meats, my own sauce, light on cheese so I know what I am eating is good for me and 2 pieces are so filling!</description>
