No exercise to report for yesterday, and I did “so-so” on my eating. I had a chicken biscuit from McD’s (half at breakfast and half 3 hours later for a snack) and I did have pizza, but I kept my portions in check. I got up and decided to weigh this morning, and I showed a 1.2 lb loss. So very happy about that! Here’s the rest of what went down yesterday.
Breakfast – Half of a Chicken Biscuit from McD’s. I find sometimes if I’m craving something that I haven’t had in a while, I just go ahead and let myself have it, eat half of it, then the other half later. Works for me.
Snack – other half of biscuit
Lunch – 2 Slices of Thin & Crispy Cheese Pizza from Pizza Hut, and a small side salad with mixed greens and Lite Ranch Dressing
Dinner – Lean Cuisine Panini & Sun Chips
Snack – Fiber One Bar & 1 cup of 2% Milk
Water – 6 8oz cups
Exercise – Zilch
