Snack - Fiber One Bar (Gotta love ‘em!) & 1 Cup of Milk
Lunch - Lean Cuisine Panini & one serving of Sun Chips
Dinner - Lean Cuisine Spaghetti & Meat Sauce
Snack - Fiber One Bar & 1 Cup of Milk
Water - 4 8oz cups
Exercise - 10 Minutes on Elliptical while kiddos were napping!
