Phew!!! We Have A Loss Folks!

OMG!  I weighed this morning and I had lost 2.4 lbs!  What’s funny is the only thing I did different yesterday was drink 2 huge glasses of water.  Definitely something to say about drinking plenty of water, it really does help you lose weight.  So hopefully that will be my motivation today to really get myself back on track.

Way to go girl!!! I am a firm believer in drinking lots of water. One week when I was pg with Gracie, I gained 10 lbs…doc told me to drink tons of water and do a few easy walks. The next week, I had lost the 10 plus 2 more while pg :)

Keep on drinking :) Glad you have found your motivation!

Good work! I know water works, but I still drink diet drinks. I need to drink pure water instead. I always lose when I do. Keep up the good work!
