As some of you may have noticed, in my sidebar I have a form where you can sign up for my newsletter.  I’ve decided that I will be sending out a weekly newsletter where I plan to include my weight loss progress and any new diet and weight loss tips that I’ve come across, recipes, etc.  I think it will be fun.  So I hope you guys decide to sign up!

If any of you are wondering how I’m getting this together, I’ve recently signed up with a really cool service called, Constant Contact.  They offer everything you need to get your newsletter up and running and ready to go out for the first publication.  It’s a subscription service too!  You just put the form in a widget in your sidebar, and Constant Contact takes care of the rest for you.  You just log into your account, create your email/newsletter and select your recipients, and that is all there is to it.  It’s very easy, and they offer a FREE 60 day trial with no strings attached.  You don’t even have to provide them with credit card information or anything.  Once you reach your 60 days or you reach 100 subscribers, then you will be required to pay around $15 a month for 0 - 500 contacts.  And of course the more contacts you have, the more it is per month, for example: 501 - 2500 contacts is $30 per month, 2501 - 5000 contacts is $50 per month, etc.  So far, I’m loving it!
