Go Green with the Ideal Bite!

One thing I’ve noticed since I’ve started blogging are a lot of websites and blogs are talking about “Going Green”. What exactly does “Going Green” mean, you ask?

From what I understand, it means being environmentally conscious, and doing whatever it takes to make this earth a better place for us to live.

Well…I may not be willing to build a brand new house that is environmentally friendly, but I am definitely open to making a few changes in my life that might impact the environment, or at least MY environment and how I live. I found this really cool website today that I would like to sharethat offers FREE tips for “green living” and how you can work it into your daily life.

From the Ideal Bite:

Ideal Bite offers bite-sized ideas for light green living – ideas for real people who lead busy lives and want to make small changes that add up to big results. Our Daily Tips cover everything from biodynamic wine to eco-pet products to organic cosmetics. The secret sauce? A spoonful of “incremental environmentalism” combined with a keeping-it-real attitude.

The mission of Ideal Bite is to create a more sustainable world by connecting enlightened companies with responsible consumers who are ready to make small changes that add up. Ideal Bite is a sassier shade of green.

More and more people are becoming environmentally conscious every day, and having something to help you figure out what YOU can do to better the world is so nice , not to mention it’s FREE, which makes it even nicer! And if you live in the following areas, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City or Chicago, they have tips specifically for your area. And they will be adding more areas in the near future. Here’s the link, if anyone is interested.
