Hi Y’all!! Yes…I finally feel like I’m back on track. Starting today, I’m officially back on the road to becoming that “Hot Mommy” that I so desperately seek. I’m heading to Weight Watchers in about an hour. I’m a little nervous about going. I know there will be a gain, and I’ve prepared myself for it. So hopefully, it won’t be too bad. I’ve stocked my fridge full of Lean Cuisine Paninis and Sugar-Free Jello pudding. And I’ve got some veggies and fruit to munch on as well. So I think I’m good to go. I’m still getting on my elliptical twice a day. Trying to up my minutes every day. I’m up to only 5 minutes each workout session, so not too bad.
Has anyone ever used The Firm body reshaping program? I was thinking about getting it. Would love to hear some input on it?? Or if anyone has any other recommendations, please feel free!!
Update: Just got back from Weight Watchers. I’ve gained back a whopping 6lbs. I was prepared for it, so now I have to just move on. Just finished a panini and a Fiber One bar, and about to hop on the elliptical!

Congrats on getting back in the game! I am a big advocate of the Abs Diet. I just like everything he writes about, with lots of good info on how our bodies work and what are the best foods to use for fuel that can also help us lose weight.

Sorry to hear about the gain, but it sounds like you have a good plan to get back on track.
I have the FIRM DVDs. They’re tough but awesome. It took several workouts for me to be able to finish an entire DVD, but that’s good b/c it gives you something to work toward. I definitely saw results when I was doing them regularly (before the twins came along).

Hi there, I just found your site via entrecard.
I must say GOOD WORK! I need to find me some motivation, I am so unhappy with myself and fear the worst if I don’t do something, but here I go day after day filling my face and sitting around online doing nothing about it. Have any motivational tips or advice??? I too am 5′0″ and honestly don’t know how much I weigh, last time I weighed in I was almost 245lbs, and I’m sure it’s gone up since then, i’m so ashamed….
Love to talk to you, and i’ll be back following your blog.

So proud of you! 6 pounds isn’t too bad, and now you’ve got the motivation, and your elliptical. You’re my hero, doing all that you’re doing. You can do this! And then come to Cali so we can celebrate!
