VERY Belated Update!

Hi Y’all!!  Uh…yes…I’ve been absent for a bit.  Well…first reason…I’ll just be honest, and I’m gonna make it short and sweet.  I’ve been off my diet for over 2 weeks, partly because I’ve been broke and haven’t had the money to go to Weight Watchers, and also, the babies have been sick with mouth ulcers and teething issues, so our sleep schedule has been terrible and I’m totally exhausted and feeling sorry for myself.  Hopefully, I’ll get back on track soon.  Just wanted to let everyone know that I’m still here and I still want to keep losing weight.  I’m pretty sure that I’ve gained a couple of pounds, but I’m sure nothing too drastic.

We have a new fitness center in our area.  It’s called Snap Fitness and it’s a 24/7 fitness center, you can come and go anytime you please.  I received a coupon for a free week or free enrollment, so I’m going to check it out!  Wish me luck!

We just got a new fitness center nearby called Snap also. I haven’t checked it out though.

Your Snap Fitness looks a lot like my 24/7 fitness center. I’m enjoying the convenience of being able to go in early, early on weekends and get my workouts out of the way. Plus, it’s less crowded then. :)

everybody needs a break now and then! Some swear by going off your diet and then back on to kick up the metabolism again. Take care of yourself and those sweet baby girls :)

Can you sign up for the monthly plan at $39.95/month? It gives you e-tools, which I love! And, it will probably be less than paying weekly. Especially since you have to pay for missed weeks anyway. Please don’t let yourself miss the next meeting. It’s easy to stop especially when you’re gaining and not feeling up to it, but that’s when you need them most. If money is an issue, check out sparkpeople.com. Its a free diet site, instead of counting points, it counts calories. You can track your food, calories and/or points (I just use the little note section under the daily food tracker). Its really a great site and compliments WW perfectly.

It’s so hard to get on track when you have small children. Do the best you can until things get less stressful. I’m really impressed that you can even entertain the idea of losing weight when you have little ones around. Well done!
