Kraft Bagel-fuls – My New BFF!!

It’s such a great story, really. I was walking around in the local Piggly Wiggly, and these “twinkiesque” little creations caught my eye in the freezer section. I tell you, it was love at first bite! LOL

I know, you’re thinking, “I bet those little buggers are fattening!” And yes, they could be, if you eat 3 or 4 of them. (And believe me that’s kind of hard not to do, because they are soooo freakin’ good!) But each one of them is 200 or less calories, 4 to 6 grams of fat and 2 to 3 grams of fiber. Making their POINTS® value around 3 to 4 depending on which variety. Yes…they come in 4 different varities!

  • Original (Plain bagel with plain cream cheese)
  • Strawberry (Plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese)
  • Cinnamon (Cinnamon and brown sugar bagel with cinnamon cream cheese)
  • Chive (Plain bagel with chive cream cheese)
  • Whole Grain (whole grain bagel with plain cream cheese)

Unfortunately, the Piggly Wiggly only carries Original and Cinnamon, haven’t tried the Cinnamon yet, I’m actually kind of afraid to. I’m afraid I won’t be able to resist eating more than one of them. I know that sounds awful, but they are really that good you guys!! We do have a Wal-Mart Supercenter here, so I’m going to check which varieties they carry ASAP!!

Thanks for stopping by Making Mommy Hot! Have a great day!

Ilove the piggly wiggly, I don’t have any where I live but when I visit myrtle beach I always get lost and I always find my way when I see the piggly wiggly. Cute blog keep up the good work onthe weight loss.

Ooh! They do look good. I’m definitely going to stay away from them because I will not be able to say no to more than one. Bagels and cream cheese and I go way back! It would be a good little treat for the kids to bring on a picnic, kind of like the Uncrustables.

I think the whole grain ones are definitely lower in points than the other ones. I’m gonna see if I can find those.

sorry to say this, but I just can’t keep quiet! This has to be the most unhealthy thing you could do to your body. I don’t care how many “points” they are.

This is a junk food and it’s full of over processed ingredients laden with chemicals that clogs up your body and actually causes diseases!

I’m sorry to say, but I don’t believe in points! they ignore basic principles of eating natural healing foods which ultimately are what going to take you and keep you where you want to be.

Jade,

“Sorry to say this” but there are 40 years of Weight Watchers customers to prove you wrong.

You stick to your thing, and we’ll stick to ours.
