Today will be my first day of being back on my diet. I feel pretty good about it too, because you know what?? I weighed today, and instead of gaining during the time spent off of my diet, I’ve actually lost 1.4 lbs! I’m just totally shocked, but VERY relieved.
I’m going to be changing my weekly recaps to Tuesdays, because I will be going to a different Weight Watchers meeting at another location. So my new meeting will be tomorrow afternoon. It just works better for my schedule, and my SIL goes too, so it will be nice to have her there for support.
So hopefully all this sickness will be behind us. My son is the last to finally get over it, so I think we are done. I’m actually looking forward to the summer, because the kids usually stay well and aren’t constantly bringing stuff home anymore. The weather has been great, and I’m going to get out with the babies today, and try to start my walking. That’s about it, hopefully we’ll have more to post tomorrow! Until then….I’m out!

Hey Ruthie! I too recently “fell off the wagon” in my quest to lose a bunch of weight. I just decided to “attack” it like a guy would not totally eat myself up over it and start over. I also moved all my blogs over to blogspot cause wordpress was not impressing me. Good luck.

Well, welcome back!
Isn’t it awesome when you fall off the wagon but the scale keeps moving in the right direction? It’s such a relief. Then again, the scale often thwarts me by refusing to go down even when I’ve been doing all the right things, but I guess it’s a toss-up!
How you feel is most important, so I’m glad the sickness is leaving and you’re excited about getting back on track. Good luck!
