Weekly Recap – Down 1.4 lbs!

Even though I splurged a little bit on Sunday, after going to a friends house for a cookout, I still showed a loss at my Weight Watchers weigh in today.  I’m down another 1.4 lbs!  So I was pretty happy about that.   Other than Sunday, I’ve stayed with the program, and was able to get right back on it again today.  And I’m so proud of myself, because I’ve ended my day today with 4 points leftover that I didn’t even use!

I’m still using my own scales to keep up with my weight loss on My Fitness Pal, and so far, since I’ve started this blog, I have lost a total of 18 lbs.  I started out with a small goal of 50 lbs to lose, and I’ve achieved 1/3 of my goal!  I’d say that’s a pretty darn good accomplishment in a little over a month, wouldn’t you?

So I’m very pleased with my progress, and better yet, I’m feeling better too!  Yay me!
