Sugar-Free Jello Pudding Snacks Are My Friends

jellodulce2.jpgAnd I’ve tried them all! My favorites so far are, Mochaccino, Chocolate Mint Fudge and the most delicious by far is, the Dulce de Leche, which is like a Caramel Sundae. Very yummy!!

Yes, these little treats, that are perfect for that between meal snack, are only 60 calories, and 0 grams of fat! And only has a Weight Watchers POINTS® value of one. That’s right, I said ONE! So, say at the end of the day, and you’ve got some leftover points and you are wanting something sweet and yummy, go ahead and have a couple of these little treats and you won’t even feel guilty about it! It’s just 120 calories for the two and only two points!

I love them also. I think they taste WAY better than the regular ones. ALso since the Fat Free ones are 100 calories, they use more of my prescious points so I prefer sugar free for that reason alone.

Also I feed them to my kids. I feel less guilty about them over-indulging in chocolate if it is full of dairy and sugar free:)

I totally agree, Christy! And love that they are sweetened with Splenda, instead of Nutrasweet or Saccharin, feel much better giving it to my kids knowing that.

My husband and I have been on a diet for one year. He has lost 135 lbs. and me 60 lbs. We started eating the sugar free jello pudding cups every day for dessert. They taste great, we feel that they are a big reason we have been able to stick to our diet. We realize that this is now a way of life for us if we want to stay thin. So we plan on Jello pudding being part of our meal plans forever. We love all the different flavors, we also top off each pudding cup with Cool Whip. I’m so glad we found this treat to help us stay healthy.

Jell-o Sugar Free pudding snacks are my favorite! They taste like they would be bad for you, but they so aren’t. A great guilty-free and tasty snack in my opinion. My favorite is the chocolate and vanilla.
