Well, I got back from my appointment with the FP at Noon today. He put me on Crestor, and recommends that I stick to an 1800 calorie diet. I’ve decided to use My Fitness Pal to track my food intake and it also has an exercise log. According to My Fitness Pal, I should only be consuming a little over 1500 calories, which is what I’m going to try to stick to, but knowing I kind of have a 300 calorie buffer without making me feel guilty is nice.
Ok…here are the stats:
Current Weight - 283 (yes, I’m totally disgusted that I’ve let myself go like this, but hey, that’s why I’m doing something about it, right?)
Goal Weight - 233 (I’m starting with a short term goal to lose 50 lbs)
According to My Fitness Pal, here’s what should be happening:
That shouldn’t be too hard, huh? I think I can do it. I’ve just got to set my mind to it and I think I’ve already got that accomplished. Well…wish me luck!
